including Owner AIA Lump Sum contracts. Specializing in Guaranteed Max Contracts.

• Oversee all aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality control.
​
• Conduct thorough project assessments, feasibility studies, and cost estimations to
support accurate budget development and resource allocation. Including material takeoffs,
labor costs, and equipment requirements.
​
• Collaborate with architects and engineers during the design phase, providing input on
constructability, value engineering, and cost-saving opportunities.
​
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective
actions as necessary to keep projects on track. Prepare and maintain project documentation,
including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily progress reports.
​
• Coordinate and lead regular progress meetings with stakeholders to provide updates,
address concerns, and resolve issues swiftly.
​
• Implement stringent quality control measures, ensuring compliance with specifications,
codes, and industry standards.
​
• Manage subcontractor selection, bidding, and contract negotiation processes to secure
qualified and cost-effective vendors.
​
• Monitor and control project budgets, closely tracking costs, approving change orders,
and ensuring financial objectives are met.
​
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safety and well-being of all
personnel on construction sites.
​
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance
feedback to staff members.
​
• Provide review of shop drawings, ensuring compliance with design intent and project requirements.
​
